Driver Captured After Hit-and-Run Leaves Woman Dead on Roadside

Four days later, authorities have identified the suspect involved in the hit-and-run. The Kiel Public Prosecutor's Office announced that investigations are underway for both hit-and-run and negligent homicide. Authorities recovered several car parts during their investigation, including plastic fragments from a headlight cover. Eyewitnesses described a red Mercedes van seen in the area with corresponding damage.
