Copper Cable Theft at Ingolstadt Business Premises

Ingolstadt witnessed a significant theft incident at a local business facility, where unidentified individuals infiltrated the premises early in the morning on September 26, 2025. The break-in occurred between 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM, during which the thieves accessed the site through a side gate located on Ferdinand-Braun-Strasse.

Once inside, the culprits made off with several rolls of copper cable and rummaged through various boxes, indicating a methodical approach to the theft. The local criminal police believe that a larger vehicle, possibly a van, was utilized to transport the stolen goods.

As of now, the total value of the loss remains undetermined. The Ingolstadt police are actively seeking witnesses who may have observed any suspicious activities near the Audi Sportpark during the early hours of the incident.
