Weyhe, Germany - A chlorine gas leak caused significant concern at the Weyhe swimming pool on Tuesday afternoon, prompting immediate evacuation procedures. The incident occurred around 1 PM while 59 visitors, including two school groups, were enjoying their time at the facility.

Local fire and police departments swiftly coordinated with pool staff to ensure the safety of all individuals present, guiding them to a secure area away from the potential hazard. Emergency medical services were on site to assist guests, many of whom were still in their swimwear, ensuring there were no injuries reported among the evacuees.
