A subsequent incident in February 2025 involved a similar exchange. The officer allegedly agreed to perform a database search within the police information system on behalf of the same individual. In exchange, the officer is reported to have sent two newly created administrative offense documents, again in return for images of a sexual nature.

Authorities became aware of these activities after examining mobile phone records obtained during an unrelated investigation. The digital correspondence revealed the arrangement and transfer of both police documents and explicit images, prompting the launch of a formal inquiry by the Berlin prosecutor's office.

The officer in question has not commented publicly on the allegations. Pending the outcome of the judicial process, the individual has been suspended from active duty and is not permitted to carry out official police functions.
