State Security Investigates Damage at Berlin Hospitals Caused by Fire and Pyrotechnics

In a second event, the Vivantes Hospital on Kormoranweg in Neukölln sustained damage, with initial assessments suggesting the use of illegal pyrotechnics.

Sections surrounding the affected areas, particularly near the Vivantes Hospital in the Buckow district, were cordoned off as a precaution and to allow investigators to work without interference. The police have engaged the state security division, responsible for investigating politically motivated crimes, to establish any potential links to extremist groups.
