Once again a man was attacked in the Munich S-Bahn by four young people demanding money, after which he was beaten up, reports die Sueddeutsche Zeitung.
The charges against the alleged killers of Dominik Brunner have just been announced, yet the same day Federal Police report another act of random violence in the S-Bahn, perpetrated by youths; last Friday at the Eching station in the Freising district, a 58-year-old man was attacked by four teenagers and badly beaten, requiring hospitalisation.
The reason for the beating was nothing more than the youths wanting to steal 50 euros, but the man had only eight euros left in his wallet. They needed the money to buy alcohol, apparently. When the unemployed man pointed out that he had only eight euros, two of them immediately set about viciously beating him, inflicting head injuries, with the thrid assailant hitting him on his torso. The perpetrators are still at large.
