Prosecution Alleges Afghan Nationals Drugged and Assaulted Two Young Girls

Heilbronn - The harrowing experiences of two young girls, aged 13 and 15, are at the center of a criminal trial in Heilbronn. The case involves two Afghan nationals, identified as Mustafa M. (21) and Amanola N. (22), accused of drugging and sexually assaulting the minors in November 2024. According to the prosecution, the older defendant allegedly administered various narcotics, including Ecstasy and amphetamines, to the girls before transporting them via taxi to a friend's apartment in Zabergäu, Baden-Württemberg.

Upon arrival, the allegations state that both girls were given additional drugs, surreptitiously mixed into their drinks, with the intent to facilitate sexual assault. The prosecution highlights a particularly disturbing sequence of events wherein the 13-year-old girl reportedly fell into a deep state of unconsciousness, described as a coma, after being assaulted by Mustafa M. This state was allegedly exploited by the second defendant, Amanola N., who is already known to authorities due to prior convictions for sexual offenses.

Furthermore, the prosecution claims that during the incident, the 15-year-old victim attempted to resist the assault. In response, Amanola N. resorted to physical violence, reportedly choking her to subdue her. Notably, the teenage girl managed to use her mobile phone during the assault to alert her mother, who immediately contacted law enforcement. The accused were subsequently apprehended at the scene and have been in custody since then.

The prosecution argues that the severe drugging of the 13-year-old placed her life in jeopardy, a circumstance the accused allegedly disregarded. As a result, both individuals face not only charges of sexual assault but also attempted manslaughter. Throughout the proceedings, the defendants have denied the allegations, asserting that any sexual encounters were consensual and claiming that no drugs were involved.

The court has scheduled five additional hearing days, with a verdict expected on July 23.
