Munich. The Long Night of Museums is a brilliant art and cultural event that takes place from 7 pm till 2 am in Munich on Saturday, the 16th of October. More than 90 museums, collections, galleries, churches, arts and cultural exhibitions open their doors. It gives you an opportunity to discover many facets of Munich art and culture in one long night. With a combined ticket for 15 eur which includes entry price to all the participating museums and galleries as well as ticket price for the MVG shuttle buses and all MVV traffic. There are 5 various routs to choose from (tour Schwabing, tour West, tour Ost, tour Innenstadt and a tour for the children), the busses are going from Odeonsplatz.
