Swing Sommernacht mit der Monaco Bigband und Solisten

Join us for an enchanting evening at the Swing Sommernacht featuring the renowned Monaco Bigband and talented soloists. This open-air concert will take place on Sunday, July 20, 2025, from 19:00 to 21:30 on the Marienplatz in front of the Schloß Schönbrunn in Röhrmoos (District Dachau), Schönbrunn district. In case of inclement weather, the event will be moved to the St. Josef Church in Schönbrunn.

This year, the cultural circle presents a special concert for swing music enthusiasts. After exploring musical and film themes in previous years, we invite you to enjoy classic swing hits from legendary artists such as Glenn Miller and Benny Goodman. The twenty-piece Monaco Bigband, part of the Music Association of Upper and Lower Bavaria, will perform alongside internationally acclaimed soloists.

Featuring Nina Michelle, a Canadian jazz singer and songwriter residing in Munich, and Bernhard Ulrich, the solo clarinetist of the Hugo Strasser Orchestra and its musical director since 2020. The bandleader, Gerd Fink, is a member of the Egerländer Musikanten and has extensive experience as a big band educator and studio musician.

Doors open at 18:00, with a 25-minute intermission. Refreshments will be available. Tickets can be purchased online (see link) and at various advance sales points in the Röhrmoos community.
