Fête de la Musique 2025

Join us on Saturday, June 21, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 11:30 PM at the Institut français located at Kaulbachstraße 13, 80539 München for the Fête de la Musique 2025! Starting at 5:00 PM, artists and ensembles from various musical styles will take the stage in the garden, featuring a rich lineup that ranges from choral music, indie pop, ska, rock, variety, and jazz to Afrohouse. Food and drinks will also be available!

The event will kick off at 5:30 PM with a performance by the Deutsch-Französischer Chor München, followed by the Glockenbach-Chor presenting pop song arrangements, and a duet by Konstanze Hüttenhofer and Christian Gemmer with voice and accordion. Around 7:00 PM, Guy-el-Mabiala and the Kimuntu Ensemble will deliver a program of unique fusion creations combining jazz and Congolese rhythms. Following them will be VanGoy, who will present a danceable show blending analog and synthetic sounds, catchy melodies, and pulsating bass lines. Before the Afro-house set by DJ Linola at 9:30 PM, the eight members of Troubadix Rache will perform a selection of songs from their repertoire, showcasing a unique mix of ska, reggae, and rock.
