CARA is a multinational Celtic Folk band that has won two Irish Music Awards. The musicians are renowned for their innovative arrangements, original compositions, and exceptional songwriting, all delivered with a charismatic stage presence. Their unique sound places the voices of lead singers Gudrun Walther and Kim Edgar at the forefront. The musical journey encompasses dreamy ballads, archaic Gaelic mouth music, and contemporary songs that reflect current social and political issues, with the two lead singers complementing each other seamlessly.
