Join us for an enchanting summer concert presented by the Akademischer Orchester Verband München e.V. (AOVM), the oldest university orchestra in Munich, founded in 1898. Experience the rich sounds of classical music featuring works by Bach, Grieg, and Mozart, performed by the AOVM's chamber music ensemble.
Conducted by Alois Rottenaicher on harpsichord, the ensemble includes talented musicians: violins by Hans-Joachim Bungartz, Veronika Diekmann, Sabine Hörlein, Rupert Jaeger, Ingeborg Tränkle, Julie Sanden, Bärbel Schmidt-Lademann, and Doris Sennefelder; violas by Hans-Georg Ulrich, Ragnar Schneider, and Hermann Wunderlich; cellos by Eva Schmidt, Friedhelm Hänisch, and Gisela Methfessel; bass by Christian Gegg; and flutes by Heike Kindermann and Kerstin Messner-Licht.
