20 Jahre Luz Amoi - ein Grund zu feiern!

Join us for a special celebration on Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 19:30 to 21:40 at the Asamtheater in Freising, as we commemorate 20 years of music from Stefan Pellmaier and his band, Luz Amoi. What began 40 years ago as a traditional family music group has evolved into a unique musical experience under the name Luz Amoi since 2004. Initially focused on traditional Bavarian songs, the band has since incorporated a variety of musical styles into their repertoire.

Over the years, Pellmaier has shifted his focus towards original compositions, leading to numerous accolades for the talented Freising musicians. In 2013, Luz Amoi introduced its first Christmas program, which attracted over 50,000 guests. Their upcoming project, Stefan Pellmaier's 'Passion', is set to premiere in 2024 and is one of the ensemble's most elaborate productions.

This anniversary program will showcase the band in its new lineup: Stefan Pellmaier (accordion, vocals, percussion), Stefanie Pellmaier (violin), Richard Gilch (guitar, vocals, trombone), and Nick Hogl (double bass). Expect a musical retrospective featuring many beloved pieces, along with entertaining anecdotes from the band's history. An unforgettable evening awaits with Luz Amoi!
