Cyclist Attacked with Pepper Spray in Wuppertal

The 34-year-old delivery worker was riding along the bike lane on Berliner Straße, heading towards Elberfeld, when an unknown individual on another bicycle overtook him. Without warning, the assailant sprayed pepper spray directly into the cyclist's face.
