Full-time Director Corporate Reputation (m/f)

at Daiichi Sankyo in Munich

Key areas of responsibilty:

Develop, implement and steer activities to further improve the reputation and the corporate brand awareness of Daiichi Sankyo among its internal and external stakeholders

Develop and maintain brand content, brand identity, brand architecture, corporate design, corporate advertising including media booking and implement these strategies on an European level

Contribute to the implementation of these strategies on a global level
Regularly measure Daiichi Sankyo´s brand awareness and company reputation versus peers and share results with affiliates the visions and functions

Derive concrete strategies and activities from regular reputation measurement that further improve brand awareness and company reputation of Daiichi Sankyo with its stakeholders
Monitor and manage published rankings and ratings that influence the reputation of Daiichi Sankyo
Preparation of Daiichi Sankyo´s contribution to trust reputation and compliance policy questions in international industry associations

Further develop, train and guide the network of Daiichi Sankyo brand ambassadors and enhance internal implementation of the corporate brand through trainings, internal awareness, etc.
Establish corporate social responsibility communications for Daiichi Sankyo
Contribute to the corporate issues management
Plan and control the corporate awareness and reputation budget including the corporate advertisement budgets

Plan and execute special corporate branding projects
Create brand experience for employees via our brand experience and brand management platform
Coordination of sponsoring activities

Your qualifications and key personal attributes are:

Proven experience in the production and use of internal and external communication tools and the use of different communication channels that refer to corporate brand communications
Excellent overview over the market of international branding and reputation agencies as well as market research firms
Excellent overview over corporate reputation rankings and reputation related Indices and investment funds
Good understanding of statistical methods and evaluation of market research
Capability to steer and control external agencies, market research firms and other relevant vendors

Proven capability of strategic thinking and exact reliable and precise working style
Strong adherence to timelines

Excellent command of oral and written English
Excellent capability to address finest nuances of corporate politics questions in mother language in speaking and writing

Outstanding presentation and communication skills
Experience in media booking and brand and image campaigning
