Objectives of Position

The Online Acquisition Marketing Manager is responsible for the management and success of online user acquisition efforts. This cross-channel role encompasses the development, execution, analysis, and reporting of unpaid and paid user growth activities, from online advertising efforts to site funnel optimisation, while managing and leading agency partners to deliver growth for the business. Scope of work will include Citrix GoTo Communication products with a focus on EMEA, APAC and some Emerging Markets.

Principal Responsibilities

Manage Search and Media agency relationships, develop and execute against strategic objectives and plans
Monitor multi-channel performance against acquisition goals, continually test and tweak online campaigns to maximize effectiveness and conversion using multivariate and A/B testing models
Convert analytical insights (from marketing data or other business information) into actionable data, draw conclusions and devise strategies to capitalize on these conclusions
Continuously explore new opportunities for user growth, including new channels, partnerships and messaging
Interface with key stakeholders in the broader team to accelerate progress on User Growth projects and priorities
Ensure a consistent customer experience throughout the acquisition funnel (from initial touch point to conversion)
Manage online acquisition marketing budget in accordance with departmental objectives
Qualifications and Requirements
Knowledge and Skills

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in a performance based marketing role with responsibility for CPA and ROI goals.
Proven track record of exceeding goals and reporting on performance and insights to senior leadership.
Highly analytical and detail-oriented with strong Excel skills.
Knows how to build and maintain productive relationships with agency partners.
Extensive experience in planning, executing and optimizing campaigns across direct response channels: paid and unpaid search, display, video and mobile.
Direct experience with Analytics tools (Google) and other tools like Business Objects, Marketshare a plus
Experience with both A/B and multivariate testing to improve creative and conversion funnels
Team player, eager to partner and share knowledge with fellow team members
Ability to challenge the status quo and the ability to navigate and handle some ambiguity
A commitment to excellence with a positive and resilient attitude.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Exceptionally strong communications and presentation skills.
