Full-time 2xPremier Support Sales Representative (m/f)

at Oracle in Munich

Scope:

Is part of HW (SW) support contract renewals team managing mid-size to large customers in Germany. Can be part of virtual team working with PSAM / for top accounts.
Works in designated territory or industry sector with revenue from $1m up to over $10m per annum.
Manages the Sales Renewals cycle.
Builds external customer relationships by phone / face-to-face up to CIO level.
Builds Internal Relationships to relevant stakeholders. Attends and contributes at x-LOB meetings (e.g. Systems)



Responsibilities:

Successfully renews contracts on mid-size to large customers.
Actively drives Account/Territory planning. - Involved in building, allocating and communicating targets. Proactively interacts with other Sales Organizations.
Actively maintains a detailed knowledge of the customers' support base.
Deals with issues and problems with support pro-actively so the renewals of contracts are not put at risk
Executes on Sales initiatives, e.g. to drive additional business (APOSS, on-site spares, DDR)
Quoting:
Ensure renewals are issued 90 days prior to contract expiration
Generate new business quotes (APOSS)
Interact with EMEA Quote Support to produce complex/large quotes
Quote for Back support
Customer Address creation
Re-price / Amend quotations
Own the renewal cycle for designated contracts (Quote, Chase, Close)

Booking:
Perform credit checks
Clear QA Errors
Keeps contract database up-to-date and accurate at all times
Process Credit / re-bills
Operates in line with Oracle's business processes and procedures.
Understands Oracle's strategic direction in Customer Support Services.
