Requirements/Qualifications (Education):
• At least 5-10 years experience in the DACH channel system builder market
• Hunting mentality and strong sales closing capabilities
• Good understanding of server based technologies and DAS concepts
• Experience of managing business through the DACH channel
• Ability to quickly build business relation with new partners
• Ability to close deals and cultivate new opportunities
• Technically mature and respected individual
• Willingness to take responsibility and accountability
• Fluent in English and German, both written and verbal

Job Description:
LSI is looking for a Sales Executive to position and sell the LSI channel product range to our system builder accounts in the DACH region. This person will be in charge of positioning and actively selling our Data Protection and PCIe SSD Flash product range to the DACH system builder account base. The individual will develop our existing business to the next level.

Specific Responsibilities and Duties

• Exceeding assigned sales targets
• Building relationships and developing opportunities into the DACH system builder accounts
• The ability to close sales in a professional and effective way
• Manage and grow LSI channel product range into the assigned accounts
• Build and execute on penetration and rapid growth strategy to make LSI the preferred storage supplier
• Define quarterly business goals and manage the channel accordingly
• Plan, coordinate and conduct assigned trade shows, Technology RoadShows or EcoSystem events in cooperation with Channel/Corp. Marketing
