Requirements/Qualifications (Education):
BA or Equivalent
2+ Years Phone Support
2+ Years Customer Support
2+ Years experience with Siebel
2+ Years experience processing parts orders
Troubleshooting knowledge of the following products:
- MegaRAID
- 3Ware
- External Storage RAID components

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be interfacing directly with OEM management, engineers, and directly with customers. The candidate will need to possess the ability to understand and troubleshoot complex technologies. General understanding of RAID, PC components and their function is required. Good attendance is critical. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft office applications. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency when entering system and customer data into the call tracking system, Siebel. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask is mandatory. Technical aptitude and the ability to learn new technology is required.
